LISTS is a hilarious, and touching look at the toll Alzheimer’s takes on a parent-child relationship. It magnificently reveals the humor within the tragedy, without taking away from the seriousness of the issue. Ma cares about ribbons and bows, intransitive verbs and keeping to her rigid schedule. Dot uses a wicked sense of humor to sort out the tangle of her mother’s mind. Together they struggle with Ma’s inevitable decline, while Sis phones in her advice from afar. In and out of the sinewy webs of Ma’s fleeting awareness, retracing paths they have traveled countless times, Ma and Dot drive toward understanding and arrive with some sense of surprise at the destination of comfort.

Wendy Feign as Dot
Wendy is thrilled to, once again, be on the RAT stage. While not acting, she enjoys time with hubby and her dog, gardening, and hiking the surrounding mountains. Since moving to Reno, she has been in productions at RAT, Reno Little Theatre, and films in Northern Nevada and Northern California. Her favorite roles include Violet, August: Osage County; Kimberly, Kimberly Akimbo; Bella, Lost in Yonkers; and Porky’s Daughter, Blossom, Porky’s Revenge. Check her out at www.imdb.me/wendyfeign.

KATHY WELCH AS SIS:
Kathy is happy to be back at RAT, having recently performed one of her favorite roles in The Roommate with Wendy, who plays Dot. She has been involved with RAT since the beginning and has been active in the local theater community for many years. Some other favorite roles: Katherine (A Perfect Ganesh), Dottie (Noises Off), Violet (August Osage County), Rita (The Lyons), Williamenia (Silent Sky), and Du (Keely and Du). She has also appeared in local commercials and films winning Best Supporting Talent at Reno’s 48 HR Film Festival. Kathy loves being retired & traveling with her husband Dean.
